How to Manage or Delete Your Data on Kinectin

You weren’t meant to carry this alone.

At Kinectin, we believe you should have full control over your data. Below are the steps for deleting individual sessions and requesting full account deletion.

You can delete specific sessions you've had with Amari by following these steps:

  1. Open the Kinectin app

  2. Tap the History tab

  3. Tap the Trash Can icon next to the session

  4. Confirm by selecting Delete Session

⚠️ You cannot delete assessment results or relationship profiles at this time.

Deleting Your Entire Account

To permanently delete your account and all associated data:

  1. Email us at support@kinectin.com

  2. Use the subject line: Delete My Account

  3. Include the email address linked to your Kinectin account

We’ll process your request within 5 business days and confirm once your data has been removed.
