Delete Individual Sessions
Remove a specific check-in or session from your history without affecting the rest of your account.
- 1 Open the Kinectin app on your device.
- 2 Tap History in the bottom navigation.
- 3 Find the session you want to remove and tap the Trash Can icon next to it.
- 4 Confirm by tapping Delete Session in the prompt that appears.
Assessment results and relationship profiles cannot be deleted at this time. Only individual session records can be removed via this method.
Delete Your Entire Account
Permanently remove your Kinectin account and all associated data. This action cannot be undone.
- 1 Open the Kinectin app on your device.
- 2 Tap Account in the navigation menu.
- 3 Tap the Delete Account button. A warning will appear confirming this action cannot be undone.
- 4 Confirm your decision. Your account will begin the deletion process immediately.
- Your login credentials are disabled immediately and you are signed out of all devices.
- You are signed out immediately from the Kinectin app.
- All account data is permanently deleted within 30 days.

Prefer to request account deletion by email, or want a copy of your data before deleting? Send us a message and our team will respond within 5 business days.
To request account deletion, email us with the subject line "Delete My Account". To request a copy of your data, use the subject line "Data Export Request".
